Manage your account
Sign in at contractorlicensevault.com/account to see your plan, update billing, or change your password. Alert contacts live in settings.
Common questions
- How do I sign in to the mobile app? Enter your account email and we'll email you a 6-digit code — no password needed in the app.
- How do I cancel? Anytime, from the billing portal on your account page. If your card ever fails near a renewal deadline, we keep the safety alerts on and tell you the card failed.
- How do I delete my account? In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your account and all vault documents. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
- Why does my license show different data than the CSLB site? We show the public record as of our last daily check — it can briefly lag the official source. Always confirm anything critical directly with the CSLB.
- Is my renewal PIN safe in the vault? Vault documents are encrypted at rest and only reachable through signed links that expire within 15 minutes. We never collect Social Security numbers.
